People in Big Cities are Money-Oriented, says Kangana Ranaut!

Our controversial ‘Queen’ was recently questioned by Apurva Asrani, writer of Hansal Mehta’s upcoming movie ‘Simran’ for taking the credit as co-writer of the film. But how can this brave lady be quiet after being slammed by the writer? In reply to his allegation, the actress said that she will not say it openly if she has not directed it.

In a conversation to the leading daily, the National Award winning actress was seen quoting, "I have not done anything to do with the direction in 'Simran'. I have acted in it and written it. If I had directed the film, I would have proudly said it, but I have not done it."

However, Apurva tweeted the same and raised objections against the actress for taking the unjustified credit of the film Simran. Kangana has always remained away from the award shows because she thinks that there is a lot of manipulation in deciding the winner list.

She was brought up in a small town Mandi and had always wanted to live her life on her own terms. Lived in a conservative family, the 30-year-old actress after moving to Mumbai for her Bollywood debut in 2006’s Gangster shared her perspective for the people living in urban areas. She stated that people in big cities are money oriented while small towns are only worried about what their relatives and societies will say for a particular matter.

Kangana is known for her super hits like ‘Fashion’, ‘Queen’ and ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’, she is preparing for her upcoming movie titled, ‘Simran’ The movie is expected to hit theaters in September.
