Last seen in Force 2, John Abraham is all set for his next release 'Parmanu'. And while the trailer of the film is still in veils, John has announced plans for his next project. As per reports in DNA, John is gearing up to remake a Spanish thriller with some desi touch for Bollywood.
The big news is that the rights for the Spanish film have already been purchased by him. According to our sources, “It’s a Spanish film called The Invisible Guest. John watched the film and absolutely loved it. He feels Bollywood doesn’t make good suspense thrillers, and this will be a perfect one to remake.”
That's not it folks! Taapsee Pannu has also been roped in to play the female lead and the duo will be working under debutant director Lakshya. Co-produced by Arjun N Kapoor and Prerna Arora, the film will be due somewhere in December.
Having already proved his mettle as a producer with films like Vicky Donor & Madras Cafe, John Abraham does have the stature to maintain and now we are hoping for this one to be as good as it sounds.
As for Taapsee Pannu, she is all pumped up for her second release of the year Judwaa 2, also starring Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez. The film is helmed by David Dhawan.
