Richa Chadha-Kalki Koechlin joint venture promises to be an exciting road excursion entertainment. The teaser of the film 'Jia Aur Jia' directed by Howard Rosemeyer who is a well-known actor and dance choreographer for films like MS Dhoni – The Untold Story and Rustom is here.
The film will be a light hearted women-centric drama surrounding two girls of dissimilar charms as different as chalk and cheese. “Jia Aur Jia” is a movie with two girls with the same name. They began their journey for some life-changing events. The film is about how a journey can teach you a lot about your destination.
Interestingly, “Yeh Hai Mohabbatein” actor Aly Goni’s brother Arslan Goni is making his Bollywood debut with this film. Kalki is playing a buoyant girl, who lives on her own terms vis-à-vis Richa who plays a completely opposite role.
Kalki Koechlin was last seen in the film, A Death in the Gunj and Richa Chadha will soon return as Bholi Punjaban for Fukrey Returns.
Let's hope for some kick-ass storyline and wonderful box office collections. The movie is slated to release on 2 December 2017.
