Bollywood star Aamir Khan has donated Rs. 25 Lakhs to the Chief Minister’s relief fund for the Bihar Victims for better and smooth functioning of the rescue operation.
With heavy rains hitting Bihar Badly, many were flooded with water and situation went worst in the past few days. If reports to be believed, approx. 200 people lost their lives so far. Actor Aamir Khan requested people to contribute to the government’s relief fund and support the victims and he himself has placed a step forward for the cause.
However, as per the sources, the situation in Bihar is improving with water receding from different areas and now people are allowed to return to their homes. Recently, reports informed that the heavy rains are affecting Mumbai as well thereby disrupting transport and other services.
In fact, Aamir has shown his generous nature previously also when he donated the amount for the Assam and Gujarat victims earlier this month and in reply to that, Assam’s Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal expressed his gratitude by his tweets:
He wrote: "Thank you @aamir_khan for contributing Rs 25 Lakh towards Assam Chief Minister's Relief Fund through Aamir Khan Productions Pvt. Ltd."
The actor has always worked in movies with a special message which could change the minds of the audience and has now proved that he is generous and moral in reel as well in real life too.
We give a huge applaud to the actor for such a great work.
His fans are eagerly waiting for his next titled ‘Secret Superstar’ with his Dangal co-star Zaira Wasim. The movie is expected to hit screens in the coming October.
